How do I determine my total points?
We encourage members to keep their receipts and track accumulated points. Our consultants can audit your account at any time to confirm your total points available and eligibility for redemption.
How do I claim my reward?
When placing a new order, just let your consultant know that you wish to redeem your points. Points may be redeemed with any minimum order placed on such order after reward amount is reached. For example, if you have donated $450 to date and you place an order today for $50, you are eligible to redeem a reward valued at 500 points with your next order, or you may continue to accumulate points to select the Member Reward level you prefer.
What happens to the points I earned prior to January 1, 2017?
During the transition period to the new program, we will honor our previous program that allows you to redeem a Member Reward up to 500 points. Once redeemed, your MR balance will reset to zero to begin the cycle anew. This transition period is valid only through February 28, 2017.
When does the new program take effect?
The new Member Rewards program is effective January 1,2017. All accounts will begin at zero points as of January 1, unless the Member opts to redeem their points up to 500, accumulated through December 31 (our program options from February-October 2016 apply).
What happens if I don’t use my points within four months?
- Points not redeemed within four months will be reset to zero.
- New Members: Accumulation of points begins with first order
- Existing Members: Accumulation of points begins with last order in which the Member Reward is redeemed (for existing members)
What if I want to choose something not on the list?
Only products listed are eligible for Member Rewards at the various levels. Please do not ask our consultants to make substitutions as we have taken into consideration the different preferences and therapy modalities among our members.
