Cortney’s Corner: Say Cheese

Cheese is a uniquely relaxing strain that originated around 1988. The story most often told is that one unique female phenotype out of a packet of Sensi Seeds Skunk No. 1 grown somewhere in the U.K. started everything. This one plant produced impressively large buds and had a very distinctive cheesy odor. It was later crossed with Afghani resulting in a powerful mix of two pure indica and sativa options. The resulting hybrid is now well-known for its relaxed, happy effects that gently ease you into a blissful state of mind. Because it is so well balanced with the C cannabinoids and balancing terpenes, Cheese is an ideal option for those with lower tolerances.

My personal experience echoes the description above. I didn’t know much about Cheese on my first sampling but was elated to find my new favorite hybrid. I have found it to be a perfect strain for my yoga practice, walking my pup and easing muscle pain.  Aches and pains are cut in half yet focus on the task at hand is elevated. The crisp euphoria provided is undeniable. It helps me to feel more “in my body” in a wonderful way.

Be Elevated.
